A method of modernisation assessment of field crop production

The article deals with the technical modernisation of technological processes in agricultural production, its impact on the variations of the technological level, which is assessed in terms of crop capacity and lower ecological risk. It also presents an analysis of the impact of modernisation upon the agro-technical requirements by the following parameters: compliance with the quality, time constraints and duration of the performed operations. It provides an economical evaluation of the technical modernisation process considering the variations of the indices mentioned above. A method is proposed for an operative assessment to determine the economic expediency of technical modernisation of technological processes by their costs per unit and crop capacity in the form of nomograms.
