Successful business development requires the growth of social and economic environment. It is one of the elements of business environment mechanisms that in mutual interconnection with other elements (state and political environment, institutional and informative environment, legal, geographic and cultural environment) leaves an impact on operating, legal, economic, social and other conditions and processes necessary for real existence of business subject. The characteristics of the changes of state and its territorial social and economic environment and the analysis of problems is a significant precondition for the increase and development of operating efficiency of national economy, under this research - for the increase and development of meat production sector and its market. The basic indicators determining the changes of social and economic environment are the following: gross domestic product (GDP)household incomeprices and purchasing powerpriorities of private consumption.
