Influence of lighting mode on productivity of layers

Influence of different programmes of artificial lighting of houses on laying of Lohman Brown layers was studied in production conditions. There were 5 different programmes of lighting altogether. The positive result - increase of laying was reached by using a lighting programme with a gradual extension of daylight to 15 hours afterwards introducing a gradual 3-hour period of lighting interruption. With the above-mentioned lighting programme more eggs were also produced with the weight that is more beneficial for sale.
