The content of nutrient elements in rye and potato

In rye and potato worts produced in distillery at Mordy and Krzesk Majatek, the concentration of macroelements (g kg(-1) D.M.) was determined by means of common analytical methods as used in agricultural science. The rye wort contained more P and Ca and less K and S than the potato wort. The content of N, Mg and Na was approximately the same in both worts
