Advantages of potassium humate application in walnut nursery stock production

This study was carried out in Ordu (Turkey), in 2001 and 2002. In this study, the effects of K-humate (Potassium humate 120 g/L; polymeric polyhydroxy acids, humic and fulvic acids) on diameter and length growth of walnut young plants was studied. As a result, the treatments were significant in young plant growth. The highest diameter and length growth were obtained by 1.50 ml K-Humate/plant treatment
