[Improving veterinary preparations for diagnosis and prophylaxis of leptospirosis of animals]

While conducting the research, leptospira cultures are studied. The research is aimed at improving the quality of leptospirosis antigens to formulate biological preparations. As a result, developed are methods of concentrating the leptospirosis antigen using polyethylenglycol, ultrafiltration on hollow fibres and inactivating the leptospirosis antigen. A circuit???/// to obtain agglutinating leptospirosis sera and a method to control leptospirosis vaccines as for their inactivating effect are created.
