[Effect of pectine on some indices of combination toxicity of lead and fluoride in experimental conditions]

Deterioration of the state of environment, first of all in industrial regions, and contamination of food products bring to increase in coming of xenobiotics into human organism that causes an increase in the occurrence of different diseases, complicating the course thereof and also ecologically conditioned pathology. The investigations showed that among priority pollutants of the environment a special place is occupied by heavy metals and, in particular, by a global pollutant lead, and also by sodium fluoride. The experiments were carried out on white rats (body weight up to 170-200 g). A method of investigations, results, and information on discussion thereof are given. The analysis has shown that the joint coming of lead nitrate and sodium fluoride under conditions of the experiment is characterized by enhancing of effects of the individual action of a substance according to the AlAT and AcAT activity indices, the level of calcium in the blood serum, in particular by raising the enzymatic activity and lowering the calcium level. The use of additional bioprotectors is supposed to improve the resistance of organism and adaptation-compensatory processes
