Componets of dissolve proteins in seeds of chesnut tree (Castanea mollissiamaz) were no complicated and molecular mass between from 10 to 100 kDa, but these solved by SDS containe 2-mercaptoethanol, so were into submits beween at 10 to 60 kDa. The seeds of chesnut tree Trung Khanh having enzymes such as: Amylase, Catalase, Esterase and peroxidase. They have activities very high. The seeds of chesnut tree Trung Khanh contained very full components of aminoacid and sugars fliberties and they have content very high.
