Rapid assessment process (RAP)-a research result of center for irrigation study of California University, USA, was applied to have rapid consideration and evaluation on requirement for modernization of an irrigation system. This method was highly appreciated by FAO, IPTRID and WB and used for rapid assessment of 16 irrigation system worldwide, which hepls set plan to assist modernization for each system
