[Does the agriculture need the market of the second hand agricultural machinery]

In spite of the measures undertaken to restore and develop the technical potential of AIC the availability of the machinery and hardware continues to decline. For example, commissioning new machinery of the main types is 1,5-2 times lower than the decommissioning rate. The depreciation of the main assets in many agricultural businesses surpassed the level of 80%.
