The influence of Azotobacter on chemical characteristics of potato bulbs

In this work, the influence of Azotobacter chroococcum on some chemical parameters of the quality of potato bulbs was examined (moisture, dry substance, organic substance, row proteins, row fats and fiber, BEM, raw ash, calcium and phosphorus). Potatoes were planted in alluvial soil. The variants of the experiment were: 1) without fertilization and without bacterization; 2) fertilized with 30 kg/ha NPK; 3) fertilized with 60 kg/ha NPK, inoculation with different strains of Azotobacter chroococcum. All the examined strains of azotobacter had a great influence on the examined parameters of the quality of bulbs during the three years of examination of the both varieties of potato.
