The yield and quality of the grape and wine of some clones of the cultivar Chardonnay in Kutina vineyard district [Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro)]

Population and clones of grape cultivar Chardonnay no. 75, 95, 96 and 277 are researched in the conditions of Kutina vineyard district. Clones are researched in rate to the standard population and expressed higher productivity. Clone no. 277 espressed the highest productivity. Contents of sugar and total acids in grape juice are favourable for production of wine of high quality, while statistically significant and very significant difference were not established. Quality of wine is estimated on the base of chemical analysis and senzoric estimate show that is wine with high content of alcohol, favourable content of extract and total acids with specific buce and charmonic taste. The greatest senzoric estimate is clone no. 96.
