This research was aimed to notify the influence of methionine addition each of (0 percent, 0.15 percent and 0.30 percent) in order to get the feed lysine level of 0.39 percent; 0.54 percent and 0.69 percent in the protein low ration (19 percent), and age (6, 7 and 8 weeks), respectively for broiler. Their interactions between abdominal fat and cholesterol production were also investigated. The analysis of variance by using a 3 x 3 factorial of completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 replications were used. Ninety (90) of doc of CP 707 strain were used in this study, and the data were analysed by using a factorial of CRD and the significant means were compared by DMRT. It was concluded that abdominal fat percentage of live weight and deboned carcass cholesterol content were significantly different (P0.01) as a response in the protein low ration and age. There were not interactions between treatments
