The study of susceptibility test was carried out to know the tolerance of the catfish to Aeromonas hydrophila. The result showed that the tolerance of triploid catfish was slightly lower than diploid to A. hydrophila. The survival of the larvae in triploid and diploid for 10 at the power of 6 cells/ml was 50 percent and 68 percent respectively, while the survival of triploid and diploid catfish at 10 at the power of 5 cells/fish was 58.8 percent and 66.7 percent
