Increasing Cell Concentration by the Automatic Addition of Glucose, Ammonium and Phosphate in the Cultivation of a Backer' Yeast in Alcohol Distillery Wastewater

Automatic addition of glucose, ammonium and phosphate to alcohol distillery wastewater and their control at low concentration have been carried out to increase the cell concentration of a baker's yeast cultivated in the wastewater. Glucose was automatically added using dissolved oxygen as the control parameter, and maintained below 300 mg/L.
