The wasteless energy-efficient technology of processing fruit-berry raw material puree has been developed in the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics. The offered technology will allow reducing expenditure of the electric power by 20% and process duration by 40% at the output of finished production. The received puree will have higher contents of biologically active and nutritious substances.
