Content of some metals and sulphur in Wroclaw' black earth (Poland)

The aim of the investigations was to estimate content of some heavy metals and sulphur in balck earths of Wroclaw area. The soils mostly characterize neutral reaction what is connected with content of CaCO3 in the whole profile (even about 5 percent). Organic matter was rather high 0.85-2.41 percent, what decided of the sulphur content. On the basis of the sulphur content several soils were included into a group of slightly polluted soils
