Study of food needs realization of population of Poland on the basis of multidimensional classifications and analysis of households

Made study of food needs realization with utilization of the nourishment norms showed that the nutrition quality of individual models consumption is discontent. The polarization in generalite of households becomes visible: in almost half of them realized food rations contain too small quantities of majority of nutrient, while in second half quantities are too large. There is particularly alarming situation in appeared first, largest, food of households clusters. Except for deficit of energy and the proteins in many households in this concentration, the extremly insufficient consumption of number nutrient, most of all calcium, and also, of dietary fiber, iron, zinc, copper and group of B vitamins. This concentrations contains first of all the younger families, especially with larger number of children
