The influence of different cultivation technology on some qualitative characters of potato cultivated on light soil

The purpose of this work was to determine the influence of conventional and minimum tillage systems and two differentiated fertilization and plant protection levels on commercial tubers yield, structure yield, total protein content, starch content and air dry matter content. It was stated that tillage systems did not differences commercial potato tubers yield. Conventional tillage system increased total protein content compared with minimum tillage. Intensive fertilization and plant protection level significantly increased tubers yield and total protein content
