This study places emphasis on the relationship between the water quality and the time of application to rice production var.RD 25. The experiment was conducted at RIT Ayutthaya Huntra cam pusby using 4*3 factorial in RCB. The irrigation water came from different sourcess as N M B, Choapraya River, Pasak River and ground water in Ayutthaya Huntra Campus of which these factors integrated with three levels of the time of fertilizer application including no fertilizer, single time and double times of fertilizer application. The results indicated that the waste water from N M B plant showed significantly greater amount of the height, tillering and biomass of rice (RD25) than the water from the other sources. However percentage of inflorescence, harvest index, grain yields, panicle/plot and ripened grain weight were not significantly. It is interesting that there was an interaction between the water quality and the time of fertilizer application at the productive tiller and repend grain weight. Chemical and physical methods were used to test the quality of water for mineral nutrition and safety. All water from four different sources showed slightly base but the waste water from N M B plant consisted of greater amount of Nitrogen, NaCl. In addition the values of EC, TDS, COD and heavy metal for waste water from N M B plant were lower than the industrial water quality standardization.
