Detemination of quality and some biochemical characteristics of clostridium perpringens in digestive tract of healthy goat

To confirm the role of Cl.perfringens in digestive system of goat. The authors isolaed, quallity confirm and some biochemical characteristics of Cl.perfringens when the goat diarrhea and goot health. This study gave the following results: Cl. perfringens was found in the bowel, highest proportion 100 percent in the small intestine and large intestine 80 percent. The bacteria were indentified by their culture and biochemical characteristics. When goat the by diarrhea for sure quallity of Cl.perfringens the increase multiple time. The Cl. Perfringens were found very virulent, being able to kill albinic mouse within 8 - 22 hours.
