The purpose of investigation was estimate the possibilities of increasing the fertility of sheep of Karnobat fine wool breed of sheep without changing the general direction of the productivity of the flock. It was found that ewes born as twins and received from twin parents had highest fertility through the lifetime using period. First lambing was mainifesting with ability of twinning and tendency of repeat in next ages. Fertility of ewes born as twins was higher than singles gived first lamb twins. The flock ewes from Karnobat fine wool breed was with satisfied fertility which can be used when need as a genetic resource by this sign.
