It was found that the average number of grapes, the yield from one grapevine and from a decare increase preemptively compared to the degree of loading with winter buds. In the variants with mixed fruit groups the values of these indicators are lower compared to the ones with short fruit groups and the same degree of loading. In case of a greater number of winter buds per grapevine, the yield from one bud, the average weight of one cluster and of 100 grapes, as well as their size, decrease. In case of a greater loading the sugar content in the grapes decreases, and the titrated acids increase. The variant with 8 clusters proves to be the most perspective as the yield is sufficiently high and the sugar content and titrated acids is optimal for production of high quality red wines.
