[Endocrine regularities of folliculogenesis formation in donor cows embryos]

Correlation analysis of hormones secretion of hypophysis, ovaries, adrenal gland and thyroid in spontaneous and superovulating cycles of donor cows as well as between hormones and level of superovulation depending on the follicle stimulating type of medication was made. It was found out that high level of polyovulation is connected with testosterone and estradiol positive correlation (r = 0,42; P 0,01).
