[Experimental and theoretical research of paddle mixer for mixed fodders]

Mixers including the trough-shaped frame containing the rotating axle with blades located at an angle to surface of rotation are wildly used in agricultural production. Results of theoretical substation of the conditions requiring the input of liquid fat additives into mixed fodders and results of experimental research on the construction of multifactor models of basic indices of technological process are stated. Dependences for determination of the conditions of organization of friable component ingredients are formed by the mathematic modeling method. Equations of multiple regression of mixing process indices are presented taking into consideration the theoretically founded conditions of mixer functioning which provide the high-quality application of liquid additives into mixed fodders by the step-type regressive method
