In the effectiveness growth of the agricultural production development one of the most important factors is the centralized state support in the structure of wich a great role plays the Support Fund of the agricultural producers, foodstuff and agrarian science. The experience showed that the objective allocation of the central resources should take into account the different initial nature and economic conditions in regions and enterprises of the country, as well as the effectiveness of their use. The complex study of the problem gave a chance to offer some variants of the initiial criteria of the centralized resources allocation among the regions of the republic
