Research results showed that gamma-irradiation of seeds in 2,5 and 5,0 Gy doses raised the sensitivity of plants to the further stressful factor action. In the process of seeds germination the drought served as the factor modifying the damaging influence of the ionizing radiation on genome of plants. On the one hand, there was noticed the antagonism of interaction of both factors on seeds germination and the mitotic activity of root cells, on the other hand – synergism of action on the output of aberrant cells
