[The innovative receptivity management as a factor of agricultural engineering development]

The dominant peculiarities of innovation receptivity as the factor of development of agricultural engineering enterprises are stated. Generalization of results of the lead analysis allows to allocate the prioritiest directions of increase of a level of an innovative susceptibility of the enterprises of agricultural mechanical engineering: increase of a level of liquidity of current actives of the enterprises; increase of a qualifying level of workers of the enterprises; optimization of parameters of organizational structures and control systems; increase of a share and volumes of non-material actives being at the disposal of the enterprises; reduction of excessive number of the personnel of the enterprises; development of systems of labour motivation of the personnel; strengthening of cooperation communications between the enterprises and the organizations of branch in the field of researches and development; formation within the limits of branch of the vertically-integrated formations of the holding type providing an opportunity of complex realization of all stages of an innovative cycle
