[Recommendations on production of animal products meeting the hygienic requirements on safety]

Complex of actions on monitoring and control of toxic substances in the biological objects, decrease in their entry into forages and animal products, provision of food products meeting to the sanitary and hygienic requirements are presented. The following actions on monitoring and control of toxic substances are analyzed: inspection of heavy metals content in agricultural lands; forecast of toxic elements accumulation in agricultural products; analysis of agrochemical indices of soil fertility, soil salinity and humus content; assessment of risk of soils, plant and forages contamination with heavy metals; veterinary and sanitary assessment forage quality according to the chemical elements content; application of agrochemical measures promoting the lowering of heavy metals accumulation in forage products; control of maximal daily dose of heavy metals in dairy cattle rations; application of chemical means of plant protection; availability of appropriate documentation proving the quality and safety of plant products, etc.
