Analysis of three-year experimental data of yield and quality of winter rye Igumenskaya grown on Luvisol loamy sand soil underlying by sand, was presented. Winter rye grain is characterized by high biological value in accordance with the recommended standards of FAO/WHO as well as in comparasion with the chicken egg protein
