During operation of agricultural mechanization, due to worn-out and working conditions, damaging of machine parts and devices often occures. One of the most common technology for damaged or worn-out parts is welding, i.e. surfacing. It this paper is given description of possibilities and technological procedures at use of welding in agricultural mechanization maintenance. Experience shows that use of welding for fast repair of damaged parts as well as their extension of working life, is of great importance.
