Trophic relations of fungus gnats (Sciaroidea excluding Sciaridae) were investigated in various habitats of Lithuania in 1997-2004. In course of investigation there were discovered 66 Mycetophilidae, 9 - Bolitophilidae, 1 - Ditomyiidae and 2 - Keroplatidae reared from fruit bodies of macromycetes. A specific complex of fungus gnats' species were typical to the fungi of different group. The analysis of S, rensen coefficient (So) calculated for particular fungus groups showed that they were quite different by fungus gnats' fauna (So varied from 0.04 to 0.22). The fungi Agaricales s.l. had the most abundant fungus gnats_ fauna comprising 63 species. The fungus gnat belonging to 14 species lived and fed on Aphyllophorales fungi, 9 - on Pezizales. A lower biodiversity was recorded on Gasteromycetes - 2 species. Lactarius, Russula and Collybia fungi genus were related with the greatest number of fungus gnats species (14, 13 and 13 correspondingly). The comparison of gnat fauna from different fungi genus showed some groups similarity, for example, Boletus and Amanita, Russula and Lactarius.
