The goal of the paper is the identification of the role of the organizational culture in modern strategic management of enterprises. The organizational culture could be analyzed in some aspects: as the dependent and independent variable and sometimes as the indigenous metaphor. Organizational or corporate culture is a factor of a company's success when managers are particularly active in promoting, creating and implementing new values, social standards and principles. Authors put emphasis on the essence and the complex meaning of organizational culture, its elements and how it influences the functioning of an enterprise.
