A study on the population density of okra (A-5 of okra/llinear meter, B-10 seeds of okra/linear meter, C-15 seeds of okra/linear meter, D-mungbean as monocrop and E-okra as monocrop) intercropped with mungbean was conducted to detemine the best population density that could give the best result. Based on the result of the study, okra planted at 5-seeds/linear meter intercropped with mungbean gave the highest yield (6110 g/plot or 4243.60 kg/ha), net income (Php 32.36/plot or Php 22, 543.80/ha), return on total expenses (49.75%) benefit cost ratio (1.50) and LER (1.55).
