The article discusses a problem of partnership between universities in Poland and industry. The authors show necessity undertakes this co-operation in order to do acceleration economic development country and inclusion Poland in circulation knowledge economy. The article presents a model of co-operation of science world, business and authority in order to do technology transfer.
