The objective of the experiments was to investigate the influence of different organic and mineral fertilizers on the occurrence oxidance sulphur. The work comprised quantitative and qualitative investigation of the properties of bacteria, fungi, Actinomycetes and isolated strains of aerobic sulphur bacteria and strains of Salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae. The obtained results reflect not only the significant influence of fertilization on the number of microorganisms and the existence of aerobic sulphur bacteria but also the interaction between bacteria and Saccharomyces, which can support and stimulate some chemistry process (especially in the soil fertilized by organic manure)
