The subjects of analysis was the effect of 2 different levels of fertilization, 3 kind of inert media (rockwoll, keramzite and polyurethane foam) and 2 cultivars of greenhouse tomato (Maeva and Recento) on the changes in the content of nutritional elements within the set: dripper, rhizosphere and drainage waters in the cultivation of greenhouse tomato. The samples of the nutrient media originated from rhizosphere and drainage there were determinated the changes of elements content in relation to the medium on dripper. Within the root zone and drainage there occurred significant concentration of the most of nutrients as compared to the plant nutrients supplied. In drainage there was recorded an increase in the content of elements in relations to the nutrient falling dawn on dripper
