This report is aimed to publicize the findings of the case study on grape production for commercial basis by tissue culture. The multiplication of plantlets is approximately 5 times per month through the process of the mixture of BA 0.5 milligrams/litre in Murashige and Skoog (MS, 1962). The adventitious roots could be produced in MS medium with NAA 0.01 milligrams/litre. The cost of production is about 3.68 baht per plant. However, under nursery conditions the multiplication of plantlets could be increased 2.5 times/month/plant at a cost of 3.03 baht. There is a real possibility to assume that the recommendation of afore-mentioned study should be made to the public due to an economically process and quality outputs.
