[Toxication of reservoirs of the middle and lower Dnieper basin under the impact of anthropogenous factors]

The toxicity of the surface waters of the region of the middle and low Dnieper, caused by the joint action of pollutants, which come to reservoirs with untreated industrial, municipal, agricultural surface-water flows and atmospheric precipitation, is studied. The toxicity of specific chemical substances and wastewaters of mineral resources industry, metallurgical and chemical industry was determined with the aid using certain hydrobionts. The studies were conducted at the Dnieper Water Reservoir and the rivers Konoplyanka, Оrel, Mokra Sura, Samara, Inhulets at areas with different degree of the anthropogenous load. To assess the toxicity of natural waters, 48-hrs tests were conducted, and for the sewages 96-hrs biotesting tests are carried out using a synchronized, genetically homogenous culture of water flea as test objects according to the techniques approved in Ukraine. Seasonal changes in water pollution indices are revealed, ecologically crisis areas of the reservoirs are determined. The studies carried out witness on the significant effect of the technological pollution on the biocenoses of the reservoirs basins of the middle and lower Dnieper and the necessity of taking measures as regards to limiting thereof.

乌克兰. Досліджується токсичність поверхневих вод регіону, спричинена сумісною дією забруднювальних речовин , що потрапляють до водойм з неочищенними промисловими, комунальними, сільськогосподарськими поверхневими стоками та атмосферними опадами, їхня кількість досягла в 2001 р. 923,9 тис т, загальний об'єм скидів становив майже 2 млрд. м3, з них 800 тис м3 — неочищених. Визначали токсичність окремих хімічних речовин та стічних вод гірничодобувної, металургійної та хімічної промисловості за допомогою використання гідробіонтів. Об'єктами досліджень були Дніпровське водосховище та р. Коноплянка, Орель, Мокра Сура, Самара, Інгулець на ділянках з різним ступенем антропогенного навантаження. Для оцінки токсичності природних вод проведено 48-годинні, а для стічних вод — 96-годинні досліди з біотестування з використанням як тест-об'єкти синхронізованої, генетичне однорідної культури дафнії за затвердженими в Україні методиками. Виявлено сезонні зміни показників забруднення води, визначено екологічно кризові ділянки водойм. Проведені дослідження свідчать про значний вплив техногенного забруднення на біоценози водойм басейну середнього та нижнього Дніпра та необхідність упровадження заходів щодо його обмеження.
