Blower, a suction fan and a three level electrical heater were installed in a solar dryer to maintain stability of the heat in drying process of agricultural products during the night sand on cloudy or rainy days. The average air temperatures in the dryer were compared with the ambient air during the procure drying. The moisture content of the experimental plants in 4 trays after 6 hrs and 20 hrs of drying was measured and compared with the controlled ones. RCBD statistical analysis and DMRT method were used in data analysis. The average air temperatures in the dryer after applying 2 kW 3.5 kW and 5 kW were 40 deg C, 47 deg C and 57 deg C respectively, measured in non-sunlight condition and the ambient air temperature were 28 deg C, 28 deg C and 33 deg C respectively. After applying 2 kW heater, the percentage of moisture content of the experimental plants was 2 times lower than the controlled one. No significant differences were found among 4 trays. These results indicate that when the three accessories work simultaneously, the stability of the heat in the drying process was improved.
