Basic problems of the Agrarian policy concerning the dairy products production

The initiated in the 90-ties agricultural reform led to consistent structural changes. Bulgaria is a traditionally agricultural country and the agricultural sector assures 14% of Gross domestic product. It is a source of incomes for 25% of the population and an indication for a too low productivity and inefficiency of this sector. The countries of developed and contemporary agricultural sector ( with more than 20-30% of the GDP) engages 5% of occupied population. The purpose of this research is to perform an analysis of the production of dairy products in Bulgaria, to shape out basic problems of the agricultural policy in this branch and to make a projection of the development of one of the most successful companies, engaged in dairy products production.
