The authors present scientific results, based on the development of new synbiotics - rich in biologically active substances, containing useful microorganisms: lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, oligo- and polysaccharides, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals etc., according to a modern multiphase biotechnology. The obtained lyophilized synbiotic product is characterized with highly biological value and radical scavenging activity and high titer of the useful microflora after lyophilization as well.
