[The comparative estimation of grain combines harvester on specific power indices]

Perfection of models of grain combine harvesters is accompanied by growth of capacity and increase in productivity owing to constructive perfections. The offered account of specific power parameters allows to define the best characteristics on necessary expenses of capacity for work of the basic technological units of a combine. The generalized parameter is capable to characterize as a whole a degree of validity of a choice of the power engine of a grain combine harvester within the limits of the certain class of capacity. The conducted analysis has allowed to define the best models. For analysis of comparative indices the data on the newest grain combines harvester demonstrated at the AGRITECHNICA-2005 and SIMA-2005 exhibitions are used
