The research is dedicated to the evaluation of immune response of pregnant mares to introduction of horse pasterellosis vaccine. The clear dependence between vaccine dose and the number of agglutinating antibodies in blood of mares and foals has been discovered. Titres of agglutinating antibodies to Pasteurella caballi in group of the mares vaccinated by the maximal doze of a vaccine (40 billion мк bodies) were on log2 (2,514) above, than in the group vaccinated in a doze 20 billion мк bodies, on log2 (0,481) above, than in group vaccinated in a doze 25 billion мк bodies, and on log2 (3,73) above, than in control group of animals. Top of antibodies titres increase was observed for the 14-th day, both after the first, and after the second injection of a biological product. In blood of skilled groups of the newborn foals received from vaccinated mares changes of erythrocytes, leukocytes, limphocytes, the general fiber, antibodies, bactericidal activity maintenance were marked. However these changes were, in comparison with the control, insignificant and were within the limits of physiological norm. As to the agglutinins maintenance, only in group of the mares vaccinated by a vaccine in a doze 40 billion мк bodies the level of antibodies allows to provide newborn foals with immunity of sufficient intensity for protection against the causal organism during the the most dangerous period of a life. Thus, precise dependence between a doze of a vaccine and the titres of anti-inflammatory antibodies, i.e. the above a doze of a vaccine, the above agglutinins titres is revealed. And it is especially important, because at once after a birth a titre of antibodies in mares colostrum was in 6 times above than in blood. A newborn foal will be able to receive enough quantity of antibodies for struggle against the infection
