[Development of flax complex of Belarus on base of rational using of production and technical resources]

In flax growing it is necessary to inculcate rational structure of sowing on a basis of different sorts of early ripeness, that will allow to provide yield up to 8,0 c/ha of fibre. It's shown that increasing of productivity and cost price reducing achieves thanks to flax straw lying in rolls and using separate method of flax harvesting. In separate harvesting with deseeding of seed pod in field fuel expenditures reduce in 2,0-2,5 times comparing with combaine harvesting. It is expedient to carry out reequipment of the enterprises on primary processing flax by the high-efficiency equipment as follows: it is necessary to concretize volumes and structure of use and delivery of fibre to domestic consumers and abroad. It will allow all interested enterprises to formulate uniform requirements to flax raw material quality. It is necessary to modernize production of primary processing of flax in perspective raw areas with the purpose to increase enterprises power in 1,8-2,0 times and adequating to world analogues; to provide not less than 80% of preparation trusts in rolls. At 1-2 enterprises on primary processing flax to install foreign technological lines for research and deeper studying under production conditions; to organize manufacture of the domestic high-efficiency and highly effective equipment for primary processing flax
