According to methodical instructions the studied apple-trees variety samples on the size of fruits can be distributed as follows. Verbnoe, Friedom and hybrids 86-54/133, 86-56/29 possess fruits above the average size (151-200); fruits of grades Redcraft, the Topaz and hybrids 84-47/33, 86-41/5, 86-56/78 - averages (111-150). Fruits below the average size (71-110) are characteristic for introducing variety Jonafri. The results of chemical and technological study of perspective foreign varieties and hybrids of the Belarusian selection are presented as well. Perspective immune (gene Vf) hybrids and varieties with oligostability and high content of soluble dry matters (12.11-13.24%) were selected. The dry matter content in fruits of studied samples has huge value at hybrids and varieties nutritive advantages evaluation. By the complex of chemical and technological evaluation the apple hybrids and varieties are used for natural juces, compotes and puree production. The hybrids and varieties that give fruits most suitable for natural juice are: the hybrids 84-47/33, 86-41/5, 86-54/133 and the variety Redcraft. The fruits of hybrids 64-47/33, 86-41/5, 86-54/133, and the varieties Topaz, Redcraft are the most suitable for compotes.
