Research results of application of new method of substantiation of purchasing prices on milk in the Republic of Belarus are presented. Modern state and problems of seasonality of raw milk production in dairy industry of Belarus is analyzed. The effective policy of evening-out the seasonality of agricultural raw dairy products production by means of application of seasonal extra charges for the realized products is developed taking into consideration the foreign experience. The proposed policy does not require substantial means for the storing of dairy products; it almost eliminates the dependence on weather conditions in summer period and reduces the necessity of production of whole milk dairy products from remade milk. Algorithm of the method of establishment of the seasonal varied prices on milk is proposed. Establishment of the seasonal varied purchasing prices makes it possible to liquidate the seasonal character of milk production and raw milk delivery to processing industry. The proposed algorithm will help the national dairy industry to profit from dairy products export in winter season and find extra means for the differentiation of seasonal prices
