The present scientifically-economic experience was made at Smolevichi broiler poultry farm. The scheme of experience provided to have 7 groups of chickens on 108 heads in everyone. As it is known, that carotin is not only provitamin of vitamin A, but also possesses independent biological properties it was planned to study the Karolina supplements of various dozes with inclusion of vitamin К3 (menadion) on the background of usual norm of Vitamin A and full replacement of vitamin A by Karolina.Vitamin К3 joined with the intention that it is synergist (3-carotin at enzyme transformations of the last into vitamin A. Menadion provides greater accumulation of vitamin A in an organism. Overdose is possible at introduction in a ration of preparations of vitamin A as well as lack, is equally harmful to an organism of chickens. Use of B-carotin preparation in a ration excludes overdose as the organism synthesizes from it as much vitamin A, as many it is required, and other is spent for other vital biological processes. In this connection the big interest represents studying an opportunity of inclusion of various dozes Karolina to mixed fodders of chickens-broilers together with a preparation of vitamin A. It is established that various dozes and variants of combinations of vitamin A, Karolina and menadion in mixed fodders of broilers, alongside with increase of intensity of growth of chickens, promote improvement of quality meat, albuminous and amino acid structure of meat, biological valuable of poultry-farming production
