[Labour productivity of machine operators in the conditions of lack of technical resources by the example of agricultural organizations of Mogilev region]

Research results of studies of determination of influence of adequate provision with machine operators on labour productivity and production and economic state of agricultural enterprises in the modern conditions of the Republic of Belarus are presented. In the conditions of lack of highly productive agricultural machinery and ageing of machinery and tractors the man-power shortage of machine operators becomes one the factors suppressing the efficiency increasing of agricultural production as a result of substantial underexploitation of agricultural machinery and tractors, increasing of labour intension and tensity. Research results showed that increasing of day-work of one machine operator is accompanied by the lowering of quantity of machines and machine operators per arable unit and causes the worsening of other production and economic indices. Research results of the economic and mathematical analysis of the activity of 90 enterprises of Mogilev region of Belarus are stated. Research results showed that the following factors exercise the highest influence on labour productivity of machine operators: quantity of machine operators per 100 hectare of farmlands and quantity of conditional sample tractors per 100 hectares of farmlands. Research results proved that increasing of quantity of highly productive modern machinery and machine operators is the most important factor of improvement of production and economic state of agricultural enterprises and increasing of labour output
