Studies on the optimal cultivation of Agrocybe aegerita’s liquid fermentation

中国人. 探索了培养基组分和培养条件对杨树菇菌丝体生物量的影响。结果表明，杨树菇液体发酵培养基的最优组合为：40 g/L蚕蛹粉、20 g/L可溶性淀粉、2 g/L KH2PO4和1 g/L MgSO4•7H2O；最优培养条件为：装液量320 mL/L，接种量100 mL/L，pH 6.5，摇床转速180 r/min，在(25±0.5) ℃条件下恒温振荡培养8 d，菌丝体生物量可达0.03 g/mL。

The experimental results showed that the compositions of optimal fermentation medium were as fellows: 40 g/L silkworm powder, 20 g/L soluble starch, 2 g/L KH2PO4, 1 g/L MgSO4•7H2O and the dry biomasses reached 0.03 g/mL with culture volumes 320 mL/L, inoculated volume 100 mL/L, pH 6.5, 180 r/min, temperature 25 ℃, and cultivation 8 d.
